Welcome home!
Chantal and Simon have been lovers of Costa Rica for ten years. They ultimately decided to purchase a property in Las Delicias to share their passion for nature and the “Pura Vida” spirit of Costa Rica.
PRICES
Minimum of 3 days rental
HIGH SEASON (December to April inclusively)
$350 per night, supplement of $55 per person for more than 4 people.
$2000 per week, supplement of $275 per person for more than 4 people.
Additional electricity charges may apply.
OFF-SEASON (May to November inclusively)
$250 per night, supplement of $40 per person for more than 4 people.
$1500 per week, supplement of $225 per person for more than 4 people.
Additional electricity charges may apply.
Higher prices for the Christmas holidays and Easter week.
A cleaning fee of $120 for each stay applies in addition, at least once a week or on request.
Possibility of long-term rental.
